Our Story

We're a family of four from Aventura, Florida — parents to two wonderful girls, ages 3 and 7. Like many parents in South Florida, we're always looking for fun activities and events to do with our kids.

Finding events shouldn't be this hard. We're members of several WhatsApp groups where parents share events constantly. The problem? These groups are flooded with messages, and there's no easy way to search, filter, or figure out which events actually work for our family.

Should we go to the puppet show in Coral Gables or the art class in Fort Lauderdale? Is that event free or paid? Is it right for a 3-year-old or better suited for older kids? Scrolling through hundreds of WhatsApp messages to find answers was exhausting.

The Solution

That's why we built KidsEventSpot. We wanted a simple place where parents in Miami-Dade and Broward counties could:
